Feeling stuck in life and disconnected from what is meaningful? Have moments in what seems like an infinite loop of obsessive ruminations in which you replay the same thoughts over and over? Or perhaps it’s a cycle of repetitive behavior(s), self-sabotage, and/or relationships that you can’t seem to break the pattern from?
Reconnecting people with their full potential and true selves (who we really are deep down inside/our soul/our divine essence) is at the core of my approach to healing. I believe at this core there is a sense of wholeness where we recognize that we are more than our traumas, hurts, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe that when we lose connection to our authentic selves, we face all kinds of issues including anxiety, depression, unfulfilling relationships, addictive behavioral patterns, obsessive thoughts, stress, despair, and hopelessness.
Born in Taipei, Taiwan, I have grown up with influences from Eastern practices and philosophies. I am also a certified and registered Yoga Teacher in many different styles (including psychotherapeutic yoga) and a certified Reiki Master Practitioner III. As a therapist, thus, I go beyond “traditional talk therapy”, using a holistic & integrative method encompassing multisensory, experiential, and aspects of mind, body, and spirit approaches. My passion for this work also stems from my own experiences with overcoming & transforming the pains of grief and loss, trauma/abuse, addiction, and multicultural issues.
Let’s take this journey together as we co-create a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental, and compassionate space to heal. I believe hope is always available and it is never too late no matter how dire the situation may seem. It is my great honor to be a part of your journey and I can’t wait to meet you!
