I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and those individuals who are experiencing pivotal life moments, depression and anxiety. Those who are experiencing life changing moments, graduating high school or college, job changes and new relationships, I am here to assist you in your journey.  We will work together to develop coping skills to move forward in your life while processing the changes that are keeping you stuck and feeling overwhelmed.

My passion for becoming a therapist was born out of surviving traumatic events in my childhood.  Through my own work in therapy I realized that I wanted to be able to work with others and provide  that safe space for people to explore their emotions and learn how to use their experiences and feelings as growth and motivation to be who they want to become.  I am truly enlivened by this work and look forward to joining you in the healing process and helping you to move forward in life.
