This group is for teen girls ages 14 to 18 that want to build confidence and self-esteem in a fun and safe environment! 

The group is led by female therapists at The Grove and meets Thursdays from 6:30p to 9:00p starting September 20th. The cost is $50 per meeting per attendee. Teens are encouraged to attend all 10 meetings, but it is not required.

This is an interactive group where action methods and role play will be used. What does that mean for you? Lots of fun, learning and growth!
